Spacious beachfront in Sea Isle! This pet friendly Galveston vacation rental is great for couples or families vacationing together. Three bedrooms with queen beds and the master king bedroom are found on the main level of the home while the kid's retreat with two bunk beds and a twin bed is found on the upper level. The master suite includes a private en suite bathroom, its own flat panel television, deck access, and beautiful Gulf views. The open floor plan accommodates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces and allows everyone to spend time together - even the chef! A large sectional sofa is the perfect place to relax in the air conditioning while enjoying the beachfront view or a movie night with the kids. The updated kitchen makes it easy to prepare, serve, and enjoy meals or an afternoon snack. Be sure to take advantage of the large deck and outdoor patio on the ground level to enjoy a cool drink or a seafood dinner - you'll find multiple tables, chairs, and loungers to choose from. Ready to relax after a day of shopping or touring downtown? Enjoy your evening in the hot tub on the ground level patio and you might even see dolphins swimming by!

NOTE: The washer and dryer are located on the ground level.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

The Reed Family, Cypress, TX 04/09/2012 Excellent property for families. The fenced yard and beach access was a plus for our young children. The hot tub was a plus for the adults. Over all it is a very well appointed beach house.
Garner Family; Texas and Colorado! 03/31/2012 We loved this property! We had 8 adults and 5 small children, and there was plenty of room for all! Two bathrooms was a small challenge, as one is in the master, but we made it work. We did bring a card table and extra chairs so that we could all sit down to eat (as the main island seats 9), when not eating on the front picnic tables. And thank you for leaving behind videos and beach toys for the kiddos. Very kid friendly! We'll come again!

The Bricklayers, San Antonio, TX 10/20/2011 My friends and I rented Leeward Retreat for a week in October. The kitchen is amazing, and we loved the huge island where we could all sit and talk while cooking. The house is located right on the beach which was also great. The downstairs patio was great. The hammock, hot tub, and grassed in area to play soccer was where we spent the majority of our time at night. Great property and would definitely rent again!
