This pet friendly Galveston vacation rental, located in Sea Isle, was built so you’ll never forget you're at the beach - you can see the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. The interior is bright and cheerful with comfortable seating in the living area and extra seating at the kitchen bar allowing everyone to enjoy meals together. All three bedrooms are easily accessible on the main level. The loft, accessible by ladder only, offers a great place for kids to retreat to and play games or watch television. Open and covered decks offer a comfortable spot for everyone in your group and a barbecue grill can be found on the ground level. What could be better than grilling your catch of the day and enjoying it outdoors? This charming beachfront house will allow you to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures in life only steps away from the water.

Sea Isle fishing pier keys are available only to Sea Isle guests. A $50 refundable cash deposit is required in order to check out the pier key, and the deposit is refunded when the key is returned to the office.

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galveston’s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ‘N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Kitchen appears to have been updated and is nice, bed in master is high off the ground and on the 'soft' side. Nice property, but a little worn. --Message from Manager-- Hello Pond Family!
