This spacious beachfront beauty, located in Pointe San Luis, offers the perfect Galveston vacation rental experience. Ambiance is a lovely, contemporary home both inside and out featuring an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings which create a bright, airy elegance. Five bedrooms and four baths allow plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their escape from reality. The large master bedroom features a king size bed and sitting area while three queen bedrooms and a bunk bedroom accommodate the rest of your party in comfort as well. When you’re not at the beach or enjoying the neighborhood pool, a Cable TV, DVD player and VCR will keep your group entertained. You’ll enjoy spectacular views from the covered and open decks, and the beach is right in your front yard!

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galveston’s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ‘N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Great property in a great location. The beach was perfect - long, shallow slope great for kids, well maintained (hardly any seaweed!), and not crowded. The house was very well equipped for a crowd and comfortable. The drive in to Galveston is about a half hour - stock up on groceries so you don't have to make the trip every day!

As usual, we enjoyed our stay. Ambiance is a very nice place to stay. We have stayed there several times and enjoyed every visit. If the kitchen faucet is fixed, it would be an excellent place to enjoy a beach vacation.

This is a great family house, great view and location, very clean beach the best of all the houses and locations we have had on the Island before. Beautiful property and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked. I was a little surprised that spices weren't in the kitchen. We rent beach houses yearly and I've never stayed in one that didn't have them. Great selection of paperback books and an awesome view of the ocean. The master bedroom was incredibly roomy and the view again was awesome. We would definitely rent this property again.
