Ideal bayfront retreat for multiple families! This three-level pet friendly vacation home includes open living and dining spaces with a wall of windows allow guests to enjoy lovely canal and bay views. The living area features comfortable seating, hardwood floors, a large flat-screen TV and a fireplace to curl up in front of during cool evenings. The dining area accommodates eight people at the table and there is room for three more at the kitchen bar. The three bedrooms at this home are spread out across all three levels and the ground level has a privately entranced bonus room with a queen bed and full bath, the main level has a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom, and you will find the king master suite on the upper level with a private balcony. When you are ready to enjoy time in the sun, there are covered and uncovered decks, but the highlight is the large deck that stretches over the top of the boathouse. Enjoy sunbathing, outdoor dining, or fishing all from the comfort of your vacation rental!

At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Hoge; Tomball, TX 08/22/2011 We typically rent homes on the beach side so this was our first experience on the bayside on a canal and I must say I don't think we will be renting beach side anymore! The beach is so close that if you choose you can go and spend a few hours there and then come back home and enjoy the canal...swimming, fishing, etc. We had an amazing time at The Mariner and we are planning on making this an annual trip, all of our guests enjoyed their stay and were very pleased with the property.
07/26/2011 Great place for a large family. Small children need to to supervised at all times due to the open waterway (canal). You can rent kyacks and launch them from the unit's dock. They will be dropped of at the unit and then picked up 24 hours later.
The Cowlings 05/17/2011 It's a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. If you have teenagers or children that like to fish off of the dock it's excellent! Do be leary of catching a sting ray or seeing jelly fish in the water.
