Uninterrupted beachfront views make this Galveston vacation home the perfect choice for your well-earned vacation. The main level features an open floor plan with soothing colors and walls of windows that showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The deck features plenty of space for sunning as well as a covered area that is perfect for enjoying a meal or drink with friends and family. Cool tile floors are found throughout the house, and the living area has plenty of comfortable furniture. Each bedroom has two crucial amenities: a TV and a private bath! Each bath features a custom shower with beautiful tile work. The main level has two bedrooms (one with a double and single bed; the other has two double beds) and on the upper level you’ll find another bedroom with two double beds as well as the king size master bedroom with its private deck. When you’re ready to get some sand between your toes, the beach is only steps away!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

The Clinton Family ~ Kingwood, TX 03/20/2012 I wanted to take a minute and thank Sand n Sea for having such a wonderful, pet friendly, beach front home! Nothing can compare to staying on the beach with friends and family, dogs included. This is the first year we have stayed at the Alamar. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked it again for next year! We really appreciated that each bedroom had it's own TV with DVD player and connecting bathroom. When you take 5 teenagers on Spring Break it makes a HUGE difference! The house is laid out well, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. I can't remember the last time our family had so much fun! From start to finish, our week on the beach was perfect. See you next year!

Burns family, Houston, Texas 10/31/2011 We enjoyed our stay at the Alamar and we would love to come back!! It had everything we needed and we over packed not knowing!! The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms had plenty of towels..The location was excellent and the view from the balcony was priceless. I loved the fact that we were only a few steps away from the beach so that the kids could go and play freely as we watched from the balcony. The best part was the 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms!! We cant wait to go back.

The four bedroom/four bathroom floorplan was perfect for the seven adults in our group (no bunkbeds that come with most beach houses). Our three kids enjoyed the locker full of beach toys (boogie boards, baseballs and gloves, squirt guns, sand buckets...) They practically lived on the beach. Dogs had fun too. Thank you Sand 'N Sea it was an unforgettable family vacation.
