A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

The Giegerich Family, Kingwood TX. 04/09/2012 Glo's Dream was perfect for our vacation. Super floor plan and decor. Huge deck with extra gates to protect the babies and the dogs. Sat TV, gril, wetbar, cold air conditioning and wifi too. We had a great holiday !
Zazensk Family 08/15/2011 The house had a great open floor plan, large kitchen, beautiful long deck, and many king beds that made our stay very comfortable and fun. We stayed with my sister's family who was able to have her own set of rooms up stairs for plenty of privacy for all. The walk to the beach was just across the street and the views were beautiful from all rooms.

The house is at the end of suddivision and next door to vacant land. Home is very comfortable with three king beds, 2 trundle beds and a queen sleeper sofa.
