Two living areas in this spacious beachfront! This vacation home is the perfect getaway for any family (or families) that love coastal living. A freshly decorated main level includes comfortable sofas, flat screen HDTV, updated kitchen and a dining table that seats eight with additional seating at the kitchen bar. Upstairs you’ll find the loft area and second living space with couch, chairs, and its own flat screen HDTV – great for the kids or teenagers! The three bedrooms include the king master, a queen, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunks. Additional guests can be accommodated on the sleeper sofas in each living area. After a good night’s sleep you’ll be ready for brunch on the covered or uncovered deck space. Or, head straight to the beach for some time in the sun – it’s only steps away!

Sand `N Sea Properties offers vacation rentals on West Galveston Island - beachfront, canal and bay front homes - as well as real estate sales in Galveston’s Historic Districts, on the beach and everywhere in-between.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand ‘N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Spacious, comfortable, updated home situated right off the beach with relaxing, non obstructed views of the water. Conveniently located by a grocery store, restaurant and gas station, all within walking distance. We found no need to get in our cars for 3 days, with the one exception, to visit a seafood market a short distance away! What more could you ask for?
