This seventh level beachfront condominium unit opens to a private balcony that overlooks the lazy river and beautifully landscaped leisure areas. The living room has a flat screen TV that is excellent for watching your favorite team or enjoying a movie night with the whole family. The open floor plan means the cook won�t miss out on any of the fun and when the meal is ready there�s a dining table and additional seating at the bar. This condo has three bedrooms; 2 for adults (King/Queen) and the third bedroom has a Pyramid Trundle Bunk that will sleep 4 people. The Diamond Beach Resort also has elevators, private cabanas, a workout room, children�s play room, private theatre, bar, restaurant, and one-of-a-kind Chocolate Spa. If you are looking for a resort style vacation with easy access to the beach, Diamond Beach #715 is the property for you!

NOTE: An elevator makes access to this condominium easy and there is parking for two cars. If you would like a garage access pass, an additional $75 CASH deposit is required upon arrival. Also, wireless internet access is available in the Diamond Beach Lobby.

NOTE: Internet Access/Cable/Dish/Telephone service can be unreliable on West Galveston Island. We apologize, but Sand �N Sea cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and is unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.

At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.
