Big, beachfront and pet friendly! Located in Bay Harbor, this vacation rental home is hard to beat with its cool hardwood floors and open floor plan. The spacious kitchen's large island provides plenty of room for preparing meals or serving your fresh gulf seafood buffet-style. The dining table accommodates six with room for six more at the large kitchen bar. One queen bedroom and the bunk bedroom - each with a private bathroom - are found on the main floor while the upper level includes another queen bedroom with private bath in addition to the master suite. The spacious master bedroom features a private bath, large closet and covered deck. The main level deck has plenty of room for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or watching the rest of your party on the beach. When you're ready to get some sand between your own toes just cross over the dune walkover and enjoy the sand and surf!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.
