Enjoy endless Gulf views from the large, new open deck at this lovely beachfront vacation rental. The covered area of the deck is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee and newspaper while appreciating the beautiful Gulf view! Above the Sea has been recently updated and offers a large living area with brand new furniture, new carpeting, and an updated kitchen with new dining furniture. Four bedrooms and two baths, three cable TVs, two VCRs and two DVD players ensure everyone will be comfortable during their vacation. On the deck (750 square feet!) you'll find plenty of chairs, two tables and two lounge chairs. But when you stay at this beachfront home, you’ll find it hard to stay off the beach - it’s only steps away. There's a wonderful new dune crossover which reaches from the edge of the house (ground level) and over the dunes to the beach. Your feet never touch the ground until you're on the sand! See you at the beach!

A refundable, cash security deposit is required for all April and May rentals.
At the broker’s discretion, a cash security deposit may be required.

The Total Rate includes all applicable taxes, standard fees and a non-refundable $50 Reservation Fee. Linens and towels are also included, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Travel insurance is optional, and the pet fee is added during the reservation process.

Barajas, Houston Texas 05/17/2012 Above the Sea is a great beachfront property, and the deck is awesome! My family really enjoyed that the deck was both covered and uncovered and that both areas could accommodate a large number of people. The set up of the house was convenient too with 2 bedrooms and one bath on each side of the house for multiple family separation. Also, the neighboring houses were far away and there was plenty of privacy. Overall a really nice house.

King Family, Texas 08/16/2011 Absolutely perfect rental for our family! You could have two families very comfortably. It is a great split floor plan and spacious. The deck is huge, and perfect beachfront location! It is a drive to get to the strand or restaurants, but well worth it! They have everything you need to cook though, so there is really no need to leave. Just bring plenty of groceries or grab some on the way in!
